Returns:

  1. SupremeMobiles.lk must be informed within 3 days of receiving the item to be eligible for return.
  2. Item must be in the original packaging with sealed intact in the same condition it was delivered in.
  3. Items returned after the Return Period has lapsed will not be accepted.
  4. Items to be returned are the sole responsibility of the customer until they reach us, and customer needs to ensure items are properly packed to prevent any damages en route to us. Items damaged en route will not be accepted.
  5. It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure proof of postage for parcels that contain items to be returned.
  6. Upon receiving a return request, SupremeMobiles.lk will require minimum 02-03 business days to process your request and obtain approval to issue a replacement unit.
  7. If granted approval, SupremeMobiles.lk will require minimum 02-03 business days to ready the replacement unit.


Refunds:

  1. There is no return and refund policy for company warrantied products by SupremeMobiles.lk if the product seal has been opened/damaged.
  2. A full refund will only be provided in the event a replacement unit for the size/specific model is no longer available. The refund will not include any delivery charges borne by the customer for return of item.  
  3. All refunds will be processed within 3-5 working days. Processing refunds back to your credit card/ bank account may require additional time depending on the bank due to its own operational time for which SupremeMobiles.lk will not be responsible.
  4. In the event of change of mind, the customer is only entitled to a credit note for the value of their purchase. SupremeMobiles.lk will not be issuing refunds for change of mind purchases.

  5. In the event of a delivered order being requested to refund, first the product should be returned to SupremeMobiles.lk and once a thorough inspection has been carried out by the SupremeMobiles.lk Staff for any damages, the refund will be processed as mentioned above and the total delivery cost will not be refunded. If any damages have been caused during custody of the customer, the refund request will be voided. Customer will be required to collect the goods from SupremeMobiles.lk store.
